Jiffy Lube Oil Change

I went to Jiffy Lube on Stratford road for an inspection and I had a great visit. I was great by such a nice gentleman named Brian who assisted me. He was really understanding and caring to what I needed done. When I checked out Stan assisted me and let me know make sure I remember my car takes a special kind of oil. Im so grateful to finally be able to find a business I can trust and rely on. If you need an inspection head to Jiffy Lube. And ask for Brian. And I was in and out in no time. Again thank you Brian and Stan.

Excellent Service I had an excellent experience with the team at Jiffy Lube. The mechanics were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They took the time to explain the service clearly and made sure everything was done properly. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommended

Great customer service! Water was available and employees treated everyone with equality. Front clerk was very polite and helped make the process fast and simple. It was African American female with long dreaded hair. I was unable to remember her name but she made the company look good today! Thank you!

I came here to get an oil change and my brakes looked at. While being checked in the guy talked so fast and didn't ever seem to acknowledge me or my questions. As well, they apparently removed my cabin and engine air filters and he just put them on the counter in front of me and went on a whole spiel about how I need to change them. He kept changing up how the numbers sounded, but it was genuine crazy talk. So, the deal they are running is this: 10$ off an air filter change. But he was saying stuff like, "if you get two I can take 20$ off this one (pointing to the cabin air filter)" or "if you just get this one, it's 40$", which disregarded the 10$ special. It was so obtuse and needless, and he gave about 10 different variations on that speech in 5 minutes. All this while jamming his fingers into the air filters and creating dents and wrinkles in what was otherwise fine condition filters. As well, I sincerely don't like that they are just disassembling my car without asking first. The fact that I pull in and their first thought is "let me just yank parts out this guy's car and put it in front of him" felt like a scene out of The Godfather. I did end up getting the cabin air fil

I had an exceptional experience at Jiffy Lube today, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Lashanda and Stan, both of whom exuded professionalism and warmth. Their welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, which is often not the case at car service locations. Both Lashanda and Stan showed impressive knowledge about the various services available at Jiffy Lube. They answered all my questions thoroughly and provided insights that helped me make informed decisions about my vehicle maintenance. This visit has definitely made me a loyal customer. I left feeling confident about the work done on my vehicle and satisfied with the level of care I received. It's rare to find such attentive service these days!
